First time selling my probate home so I had no clue of what to do. Wally always answered my calls or got back to me when I had any questions whether it was 6am or 10pm. The house got offers quickly when put on the market. Process went smoothly until buyer backed out during escrow but wally quickly put the house back on the market and assured me that the house will sell. Within a week wally had multiple offers for us. We ended up selling the house with a better offer.
